"My insurance, like everyone else’s, kept climbing each month. A friend told me she has Statefarm and has much lower rates. I first called the local Statefarm agency in my town and was in shock when they blew me off. Then I called the Jonathan Scott Statefarm office. It was the day before the July 4th holiday and was expecting them to take my info and get back with me, if they even answered at all. Macall was so friendly, took all my information and worked on an insurance proposal during our call. He saved me a substantial amount of money on both my homeowner and car insurance. I switched both policies. So good to call an agent and not get an AI answering bot."

"I would like to say a HUGE Thank You to EVERYONE associated with Matthew Scott State Farm in Cartersville, GA!!! Hands down, you are #1, keep doing what you are doing!! My overall experience with them has been amazing and still is! From Macall L, Trey B, Joe C, Mason S, Hope H, Chris J and Reilly B, ALL of them are professional, ready and willing to assist at ALL times, they display empathy and compassion when needed and very informative and knowledgeable! I moved to a different county, 2hrs away and I still chose this location for ALL of my needs!!! Clone them all if you can!! Matthew Scott State Farm you deserve infinite stars!!!! Its people like them that make a difference! KUDOS!!!! "I have been trying to find competitive rates for some time. With one college student and a recent claim, my insurance rates for auto jumped up significantly (3 drivers with 4 cars) and Matthew/State farm provided more coverage on auto for about 120 less per month and as bundled with home owners also saved approximately 50 per month with higher coverage on that side. Very helpful all the way through, made sure comparison was apples to apples - and where new coverage was improved. Very good experience! Thanks to Matthew and State Farm!"
